Wonderful stay, nice cozy room .. love that they served breakfast .. felt like staying at home away from home. Only complaints are TV was hard to use and having issues watching anything, and could use blind on window in door facing bed. Glad to have stayed. Joyce the housekeeper was so sweet

Collection of cottages and the inn on the marsh side of the island. Old time beach feel. Very cozy and comfortable. Staff amazingly friendly and available. Kitchen available. Walk to main Folly Beach area easily. Will stay here again!

This is a bed & breakfast concept with a few separate cottages. The vibe is spot on. Our room was right next to the community kitchen and dining area, so was noisy in the morning. That is the only complaint. Will definitely plan another stay in the future.
