Loved this spot! Great bed and breakfast! love the private entrance, the amenities in the main house, in addition to breakfast, they have beach supplies. Great spot to land after camping fot a week. Great shower, ordered take out. The neighborhood was safe and out of the way. Really clean and would definitely stay again.

Everything is just as advertised but better. The owners put a lot of thought into making sure that all the little things you need are provided. The rooms are extra clean and well decorated with beach theme in mind. The continental breakfast was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee. They even had snacks in the evening and it was even decorated for Easter. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Folly. We are definitely looking at returning in the future.

Host was very sweet! Hooked my gf up with the only local dentist after she shattered her tooth at Rios--on hummus of all things. Room was cute and homey, bed was a bit stiff, shower had low water pressure and all but a few of the holes in the shower spout were dispensing water, furniture was outdatted and could use updating or restoration, the porch entrance was very cute, and the breakfast was really awesome.

The staff are so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Room was very nice. All the rooms have different names and are all decorated differently. Located a couple of blocks from the beach in the heart of Folly Beach. Can’t wait till our next visit!

Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY small. Good for a single traveler, not a couple. We were reassured to see the cockroach traps set.

This is a very sweet place, don’t expect your bed made every day (your mother doesn’t work here!) but there is little that you will be left wanting. You have a microwave a cute little refrigerator, comfy bed and towels. Breakfast is plenty of choices and greasy every morning. They have beach towels and sand toys for the kids. Sweet ladies that run the place. We will definitely be visiting again!
