Welcome to Osprey at 1114 East Ashley-The ultimate surfers getaway! This upstairs portion of a duplex was recently renovated and offers a true classic Folly vibe. Osprey is the ideal location-Just steps to the beach and "The Washout" where you can find the best surfing on Folly. Downtown Folly is only a short bike ride away where you can find all of the restaurants, shops and bars on the island.

This home features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upon entering the second level of the duplex, you will find your unit is styled with an open kitchen concept that flows into your dining and living room area. Kitchen comes fully stocked with quality cookware & utensils along with complete dinnerware to create memorable vacation style meals. The living room and dining area are complete with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allowing for natural sunlight and seamless access to the front porch. One of the couches converts to a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping space. You will also find a half bathroom on this level along with an option to access the rear side porch. The wrap around porch offers ample seating for either lounging in the sun or shade via umbrella and also a table for 4 people to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Ascend to the stairs to the top level of this unit to find cozy two cozy bedrooms. You can unwind after a long day relaxing day on the beach in the primary bedroom's queen size bed with matching nightstands & lamps. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, you will find the guest bedroom designed to sleep up to 3 people with a double sized and single twin bed. Both rooms are equipped with clothing storage options and en-suite bathrooms with stand up showers.

Parking for up to 2 standard sized vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. The home has all of the modern amenities you would expect including high-speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, & outdoor shower & exterior gas grill Streaming services available via a smart TV in the living room.

The home is only 13 miles away from historic downtown Charleston. We do not rent to party groups and require a minimum age of 25 to rent. No smoking.
