Very friendly staff. Very comfortable, felt like home away from home. The hotel is small, but the room was very spacious. Breakfast was very personalized, nearly felt like a meal at home. 11/10 would stay again!

Very lovely place. Breakfast was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will say however, if you have trouble walking then this may be an issue as we had to walk three flights of stairs inside to reach our room. Many many stairs. There was no indication of this when viewing the site on Expedia.

Everything was great the property was nice the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. You could walk everywhere with ease. Staff was fantastic whom I interacted with Erin was great give her a raise.

Great B&B

The staff and service was surperb.l, as well as the amenities. We really appreciated the shuttle which was always on time . We highly recommend Waters Edge B&B and we look forward to going back.

We enjoyed staying at Waters Edge. Everything was great. Only issue was the TV didn’t work. I think the service was out. Otherwise we really enjoyed the room as well as the breakfast! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

Charming little bed and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room decor was very cute and bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Nice bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us for our anniversary. We really enjoyed this bed and breakfast and would recommend for couples!

Great breakfasts, amazing fresh cookies, yummy happy hour punch and amazing staff! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The golf cart rides were handy and our room was lovely.

Nice and quiet

Waters Edge Inn is nicely located away from noise but within walking distance to center of town. Nice breakfast and Happy Hour which is included in room rate.

This property was very close and convenient to everything. Very walkable to restaurants, the pier and the beach. The property was dated and needed some maintenance, but was clean. The staff were excellent!

A hidden gem on Folly Beach! Great location, great atmosphere, and super attentive staff. Only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Black mold on Ragatta room door knob. Door weathered, swollen hard to open & lock. A/C controlled in another room. Temp never right. Stepped on a roach at night going to the bathroom at night. Ad said rooms all inside, upstairs. Yet we received an outer room on 1st floor. Mot what we paid for.

I loved everything. The bathroom was beautiful, the bed SO comfortable. Staff was friendly. Grounds nicely manicured. My personal favorite was lying on the chase lounge on the balcony enjoying the view of the live oaks dripping with Spanish moss and listening to the cicadas and quiet Jimmy Buffet music wafting through the sultry southern air.

We had gone for only a night to get away from the house for my fiances birthday and when we got there it was very calming, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere made us wish we stayed longer! Waters Edge was overall a 10/10 stay! The property is beautiful and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The inn had beach chairs and towels available to borrow, which was extremely convenient since the were visiting out of state. The staff are very accommodating; my boyfriend and I had a flight to leave at night after we checked out, and the inn allowed us to keep our belongings on their property while my boyfriend made some work calls and I got to relax on the beach. The staff made the inn feel like we were at home with their nightly happy hours, and fresh baked cookies. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable! We will be coming back to stay here next time we’re in Folly, no doubt!
