"Exactly what you would want in a VRBO experience... a great communicating property owner and a beautiful and clean property. Lorraine, was so helpful every step of the way with our trip. She answered our questions about the area and helped us plan our activities. The small touches around the house on our arrival were amazing. She is what every rental owner should strive to be. The house was fantastic! Incredibly clean spacious and well designed. We had 8 adults on our stay and the layout in the house and backyard easily accommodate our group. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The town of Historic Folsom was great too. We had a busy few days and enjoyed the restaurants such as Plank, Fiori, and Crawdads on the Lake which is on the other side of the river. We had a great time at the Powerstation Sunday Blues concert as well. We also were very active on the many miles of amazing bike trails that you can access right from the house. Paddle boarding and kayaking the river was all top notch. We also were very impressed with the great condition of the public pickle ball courts that were not to far away at Lembi ParkThe only downside on our trip is that I will likely now compare other VRBO owners and houses to Lorraine and her beautiful place in Folsom. She has set the bar very high for delivering and catering to her guests. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay."

"Our family group enjoyed our stay at the house very much. On one evening of the week we had just 1 small accident with an interior door to the laundry room getting locked. I contacted our host and he responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Our host was great, and the house is very nice and comfortable."

"Lisa was ontop of it! We had low batteries one night in the smoke detector and she was up early responding to my messages and had someone out to the house within the hour. The home is adorable, a great location, and easy to get to old town Folsom shops on Shutter Street. I great enjoyed my stay."

"If you want a place to sleep when you are out and about this rental in the Folsom area is a good value. Loved the little pool because super hot in the afternoon. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms comfortable. We did not hang out in the house much and probably would have been disappointed if "staying home". Kitchen reasonably well equipped, table is tiny. A little tired and needs maintenance. We needed to use the pull out couches and could not find sheets. For sitting around--seating not comfortable e.g. chairs are small and somewhat shabby. Master bedroom bathroom has a broken dowel in the toilet paper dispenser. But a good value and very satisfactory for price and location."
