"With a breathtaking panoramic views, excellent location, immaculate, cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I spent hours in the balcony watching the amazing variety of birds and the beautiful landscape. I am already planning to return with my family more days. "The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk. "Es la Hacienda más bonita que hemos visitado. Llena de detalles y con mobiliario y decoracyde cuando se fundó. Las fotos de expedia no hacen justicia a la preciosidad de casa y jardines. El entorno es absolutamente mágico. Hay incluso preciosos caballos en el jardín. Las habitaciones son a cuál más bonita llenas de detalles antiguos. Los baños igualmente preciosos y funcionales. El desayuno muy bueno también. Con seguridad volveremos."

"Fraude total. Estancia de 2 habitaciones pagada semanas previas. No respetaron mi reservación. Nunca contestaron ni por teléfono ni por mensajes cuando quise contactarlos antes de la fecha de la estancia a través de hoteles. Com ni directamente para coordinar mi llegada. Informé de antemano a hoteles.com y tampoco he obtenido respuesta a mi caso. Al Llegar el lugar lucia abandonado y NADIE atendió a la puerta. Muy complicado llegar.
