"When we arrived, there was nowhere to check in. Eventually, someone was found, after banging on a door in what we presumed was the check in area, and he showed us the roomsâŚ. No elevator and carrying heavy cases up a dingy staircase, and with a general air of dilapidation. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bathroom tiny. Again there was an unkempt and frankly unclean feeling, and after discussing the shortcomings with the agent, we decided to go elsewhere. "
