"We have spent a wonderful 2 weeks in, what is probably, the best gite we have stayed in. There was lots of space inside with a large lounge/kitchen. It was light; the air conditioning and the blinds worked very well. For the first week our family was able to join us (son, daughter in law and two grandchildren). The swimming pool was superb and the grandchildren loved it. The outdoor spaces were great - the terrace where we ate all our meals and the decking by the pool, shaded by three olive trees. The location was brilliant - a 4 minute walk to the supermarket and boulangerie, 10 minutes to the restaurant/bar and beautiful views of the village and the river. It was close to Uzes, which is a stunning town, Nimes, the Pont du Gard and the Cevennes. Valerie was very helpful. She was always on hand when we had questions but never imposed herself. We thoroughly recommend le Coquelicot."
