"Hotel is right in front of the beach, location is great! Rooms were good, not as clean as expected though. Did not use the pool or hot tubs, weather was cold. Parking was convenient. Laundry service not very good - the washer is too small and dryer takes forever to dry!"

Resulting in chaos & mad dash to airport. You would think this would be something that you would warn guests about."
