The house is lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break. Shops a drive away some lovely places to eat near and overall a great place to stay."

"La situation géographique du gîte est parfaite : à égale distance de Bordeaux et de La Rochelle. De Cognac et de Saintes. 40 minutes des plages de sable fin, zoo de la Palmyre, Rochefort. Talmont, Meschers, les fontaines bleues, Pons et son donjon et partout des champs de tournesols, vignes, maïs.La région est magnifique, le climat pendant cette quinzaine a été reposant, l'océan calme et chaud.Pour le gîte en lui même, grande maison avec 2 toilettes (à 6 cela a son importance...)Bien équipé...

The location and views superb and the pool is fantastic- really large and kept beautifully clean by Thomas (who lives next door). The trampoline, swing and hot tub were also very much appreciated. All in all, we had an amazing 2 weeks and would thoroughly recommend this property for a group holiday."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the gite. Debs was an incredible host - friendly, welcoming, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and tidy, spacious and had the most well stocked kitchen we have ever seen whilst staying in holiday properties. All restaurant recommendations were spot on but lazing by the pool in the peaceful french countryside was probably the highlight of the trip! "

"My wife and I spent a fantastic, relaxing 10 days in St Fort sur Gironde. We rented a very well equipped and comfortable 2-bedroom cottage with a private heated pool. As well as finding the gite all we wanted, the village and locality were wonderful too. We were also fortunate to enjoy sunny, warm weather for most of the time we stayed so we were able to swim and sunbathe almost every day."
