"This cabin felt like home! Very cozy and decorated wonderfully. The cabin was clean and updated. Master bed was so comfy I could've moved in!!! There is not much of a yard. The mountain backs up to deck where we saw a bear daily. The bears seem to have routine and don't bother you at all. One cub even came right up to the door. It was the highlight of the trip! :) Now the road to get up here is not for the faint of heart. It is a paved road, but in some spots there are drop offs without even a curb. Most of the road is fine and can fit two cars. Now mind you, I get nervous on these types of roads so it may seem fine to most, ha ha. There are two switchbacks that you need to maneuver. We were going up and down daily so for my husband it was not a big deal. Most of the roads in this area are like this, we are in the mountains. I would definitely stay again in spite of that road :). Host was fantastic, checked in on us. Overall...pick the cabin. You will not regret it!"
