We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did.
Finally they put me up (after three hours at the hotel reception) in a hotel that did not have the characteristics I had chosen. The hotel in question was under construction (Novotel). The tour...
