"You have no check-in desk. In the same building there are also a lot of prostitutes working. Building looks very old from the outside. Don't recommend this hotel/appartment. "

"The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us."

"We actually did not use the charming place because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We are keeping it in our hearts and hope to visit this very lovely, cosy place once Ukraine wins the war. We are eager to see lovely Odessa someday and wish the owner peace and happiness. I keep the lovely pictures of Odessa in my mind. I do not Blame the fine Russian people but do blame the singularly awful autocrat who like the one we had for a few years recently and who is a friend of the unnamed figure....

"Terrible ☹️❌ property underground. The rooms do not have windows and the ventilation system is really bad so there is very little oxygen making breathing difficult. In this property you do not know if is day or night because there is no way to know it just going upstairs outside. The rooms and bathrooms are moldy🦠and smell bad.
