"We had an amazing week in Lozay, the cottage is well equipped and has loads of character. We especially loved the little walled courtyard eating area. At night it lit up like a secret garden. Just gorgeous!!!!! I would definitely recommend the region, Saint Jean is a charming market town with a lovely local market on a Wednesday and Saturday morning. "We loved staying at the gite of the three willows. The house was lovely with beautiful artwork. The garden and pool were fantastic. Cecile and Davide were excellent hosts and their dog, Balto :) The house is about a 10 min cycle from Saint Savienen, where you can rent boats, do shopping etc. We would recommend this gite to anyone. "Sehr gut. Das Haus lag in einem Ortsteil von Saujon, nur 20 km vom Atlantik entfernt. Wir bevorzugten als Strand die Côte Sauvage , aber auch die Strände entlang der Küste um Royan waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vorteil , nicht direkt an der Küste zu wohnen: französische Lebensart abseits der Touristenmeilen zu erleben . Märkte , Cafés , Boulangerien, Feste , kleine Restaurants und Bistros , Kirchen und Abteien . Und natürlich speziell in der Region : Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte absolut...

"Gite bien aménagé, au calme dans un hameau, très facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute, parfait pour faire une étape. Cuisine grande et bien équipée (grand frigo, congélateur, four, etc.). On a apprécié le stationnement facile devant le gite, les lits faits à l'arrivée, les serviettes fournies, le baby foot/billard et jeu de fléchettes, la télé assez grande, la documentation touristique. C'est presque parfait sauf le canapé, très inconfortable et trop petit, à changer par un plus grand ou 2 petits...
