"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the best area with many shops and restaurant choices as well as a beautiful botanical garden just a short walk away. The hotel staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. We especially loved the sauna and jacuzzi after long days exploring Terceira. We had fantastic breakfast every morning and they made us cappuccinos and the best local teas. We would give our highest rating for our stay! :)"

"We arrived early and the staff was very helpful. Though our room was not ready, they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the pool and fitness center until the room was ready. It was ready before noon, and we were given access then, even though it was still hours before their normal checkin time."
