"The staff was great but this is definitely not a full service hotel...it has a ton of character as it's in an old manor house with very pretty grounds and close proximity to the water. Great breakfast and comfortable enough but it would be nice if there were a bar/restaurant in the hotel - while the closest restaurant is probably a 20 minute walk away, it's not really walkable. "We loved this hotel! We were travelingin with our children, and this was our first hotel on the trip. Really cool vibe, room was really spacious, and loved the pullout couch for the kids so we could have our own space. Restaurant and bar was wonderful, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Location was great, we were a 10 minute walk from the harbor, and easy walking distance to squares, restaurants, and sites. And really loved the free parking in the garage under the property. "I’m traveling alone with my son. We arrived so very tired on our way back to Lisbon (heading back to LAX) exhausted. We arrived at 10am had breakfast and Rachel the front desk attendant came up to us and gave us keys to our room around 11. She must’ve noticed how tired we were. After we had a nap, she got us a taxi and told us where to go. I wish we were staying longer here. Absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean, pool and view amazing. "
