"I would like to have shampoo and hair conditioner in the room. There was nothing except the body wash and soaps which do not go well with my hair. Other than that, a very nice clean property, close to the beautiful beach and nice small town shopping. Staff very friendly!"

"This hotel was such a lovely surprise. The service is higher than four seasons in my opinion. The breakfast was awesome! They even have a pillow menu in case you don’t prefer the pillows that are given. I was very impressed."

"Rooms and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It took 45 minutes just to check in. This was our third year in a row staying here for a connection flight. The first stay was fine, the second was disappointing, and we decided to give it one last chance. Unfortunately, this stay was even worse. The convenience of the location isn’t worth the poor service, long check-in, and overall hassle, even for a one-night layover. We won’t be staying here again."
