"Pietro was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing a lot of information on local sites, restaurants, bars and cafes. The property is also in a really convenient location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing and the bedspread was dirty."

"The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!"

"Great location right inside the gated city. Convenient parking for €20/night right at side of studio apartment. Super easy check in process at arrival. Beautiful outdoor space for morning coffee and great views! The property is right next to the escalators which take you up to the walled city. From there you can explore the Piazza, Duomo, Clock Tower, amazing shops and restaurants. What a great time and we can’t wait to come back!"
