I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Front desk girl kind of interrogated us in so many words: if we traveled by train… We travel by my own car!!! Stayed in great, clean hotels!!! "
