"First of all, we arrived at the building and it was absolutely freezing in the building and in the apartment. All the blinds were down so the beautiful morning sun could not have warmed the place up. Luckily there were several space heaters and the wall unit that heated the place up after a little more than an hour. The pipes under the sink in the bathroom started leaking in the first hours. Pere came over and fixed within a few hours. The glasses in the cupboard and some pots were dirty....

"Quiet flat in perfect location with good parking facility. Only a 10 min walk to the beaches either at Llafranc or Calella de Palafrugell. Communication with apartment owners (Hauzify and Pere) was easy with no problems paying or getting the key. Flat has everything you need. Bathroom/shower is a little small but functional and some furniture could do with replacing (balcony chairs are a bit old & uncomfy) but otherwise great and would stay here again. "

"Erreur de Bâtiment au départ (de la part de l'agence) intitulé "Nautic" alors que c'était le Cannes Gros Problème à l'arrivée au studio; le badge d'entrée principale du bâtiment le "Cannes" ne fonctionnait pas cause était démagnétisé . Aucun accompagnant d'agence sur les lieux pour l'état des lieux et deux allées et retour à l'agence de l'occasion (25 km) pou régler le problème de badge d'entrée. Sinon la suite des vacances OK."

"The apartment is well described on the site and (for us) confortable beds. Apartment with underground parking and airco. In 20 minutes you can walk to the center, but we also like to walk, so for us no problem. Contact with Hauzify is good."

"We stayed in the house during a walking tour on the Cami de Ronda. The house was a little worn and lacked basics for the kitchen. The real issue we had was that the house alarm repeatedly went off. Each time we opened the front door it would trigger a loud alarm and a call from the alarm company. When trying to contact the host, I realized the host was actually just re-listing this house from another site and it took most of the day to find the actual host and get a resolution to the alarm. ...

"Appartement avec une vue splendide et une terrasse tres agréable. Piscine calme et très appréciable. Emplacement au calme si les voisins ne font pas la fete( pas de Clim ou ventilo donc les fenêtres restent ouvertes! ) entretien des équipements et communication avec l’agence laisse à desier( une application qui sert d’outils, pas d’état des lieux d’entrée, caution restituée très tardivement sans être tenu informé, un petit frigo pour 4 avec le porte bouteille cassé sans que l’agence ne fasse...
