"Checked out early. Terrible smoke smell in so many areas Someone drunk asked me if i will go to his room with him on my first day checked in. I felt insecure. Broken shower Broken hair dryer. Pathetic experience. "

"The bed was so bad, so hard, I had to go straight to the chiropractor after my week’s stay. The food and service at the restaurant were very uneven. Shout out to Juvanah (sp?) and Jenae for being the exceptions. Please fire the tall young woman with long hair and a septum ring who pretends to be a hostess. She left me standing in front of the sign saying “please wait to be seated” for ages while she helped the woman who had come after me, then asked me if I needed something? Even though this was the third night in a row I was coming down for dinner? My biggest complaint is that although they use a text communication system, as is more and more common these days, they didn’t bother to let me know that the pool was closed all week. That was my main reason for choosing this hotel, so that sucked, not to mention the time I took to shower, get into my bathing suit, put sunscreen all over my entire body, only to go down and be met by a sign saying the pool was closed. Totally unnecessary. Would have been so easy and obvious to send everyone a text. Housekeeping was excellent. "

"Sticky carpet, I got multiple bug bites in a room, dirty sink when I checked in. family had issues in their rooms as well. Breakfast wasn’t a continental or something, it was a $15 discount at the restaurant. They were out of things so we weren’t able to eat before we left."

"Everything was excellent except I have a hard time with super firm mattresses because I don't sleep on my back. I also had a small issue with our room facing the McDonald's next door and their lights are on all night. I would prefer a blackout shade to louvers or in addition. Otherwise, our room was very nice and it was exceptionally clean. This is a good, budget priced hotel and right near the freeway, but you don't hear the freeway noise. Other guests were respectful and there were no hotel doors slamming or guests coming in late at night with loud voices. Overall, if I wasn't being woken up by the very firm mattress, I would give 5+ stars. "

"The room was nice. Sort of military grade, but it was OK. Temperature was warm and we could not find the Thermostat. Elevator was broke so we had to use Stairs we are luggage. Which could have been rectified if we would’ve got a unit on the bottom since it did not look like all the units were filled. They did have an electric charger, which was cool. The Bartender at the office officer Club was very helpful and we had a good time there."

"Great budget friendly place to stay within a short walk to Old Town Sacramento. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice complimentary breakfast of bagels and pastries. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy with the freeway nearby."
