"This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas. "First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"The house was clean and it had everything! The pool was a hit for my children and there was a grill that we used while kids swam! The only uncomfortable thing was that there are cameras inside and it felt like we were being observed. Overall, it was a great house! "

As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address.
