"I am so glad we chose this place to stay. Not only was it in a beautiful location, a beautiful property, but the hosts were so welcoming and the house was so cozy and clean. My two teens and young son loved it so much they all asked if we could go back and stay longer just cause of how much we all loved the house and property. Hosts were very thoughtful in giving you anything and everything you could possibly need, communication was great. Sure wish there was a place like that where I live for sale! I have stayed several places over the years and this one is by far the best place I have ever stayed at. Thank you for making my trip so very enjoyable!"

"We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival.Everything is of the highest quality. It's very comfortable and sitting on the porch is so relaxing that we chose to miss some of the festival so we could enjoy it. This is not a stand alone cottage. It is the lower level of a larger cottage so you can hear people walking above, but it wasn't a problem. Our dog loved the yard and porch. Great location! We will try to book if we attend the festival again!"
