We took a loop north on the drive back to Apt from Forcalquier - definitely worth the detour.
Fourcalquier has one of the best markets we visited in Provence - and it's where we discovered saucisson. They make it in every flavour imaginable and we tried as many as we could. The truffe was the best thing I'd ever tasted in my life... #market
