"Wir sind ohne Auto (mit dem Zug nach Rom und dem Bus bis vor die Casa Casarica) angereist und wurden von Judith und Piero herzlichst empfangen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und von den Terrassen des Apartments sieht man den Gran Sasso,die Sibillinischen Berge und bei guter Sicht sogar die Majella. Das Anwesen wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet und das spürt man förmlich. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und wir wurden bestens umsorg. Judith hat uns sogar beim organisieren von gemieteten...

"We had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is a great rural retreat, not to far from the coast and we were able to get to some very pretty towns and villages relatively quickly. This is certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Hugh was very welcoming and informative. The only downside of our stay was the viscous Mosquitos. If you are prone to being bitten you will need insect repellent on night and day."

"Loved our time in this charming hilltop village! Easy drive to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic (but be careful of Google Maps which tried to take us on a more treacherous route). Massignano itself is quiet and beautiful during the day and comes alive at night. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and modern, although got a bit hot at night without A/C. Our family absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!"

"We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!"

"Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und außerdem sehr geräumig. Man hatte ausreichend Platz mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Der Außenbereich ist groß und funktionell. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber viele schöne Aussichtspunkte und Strandabschnitte sind in nur wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke...

"Bella struttura, Distante a più di 3 km dal centro, ma per chi ama andare in bico non è un problema. Noi siamo stati in un periodo non estivo, quindi abbiamo trovato la zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio: Qualche accessorio in più per la cucina come presine e canovaccio sarebbero gradite come è bene provvedere a una disinfestazione di zanzare e formiche presenti sul pianerottolo che ahimè accedono all'interno dell'abitazione. Non sono presenti zanzariere"

"The apartment is amazing. The views of the hills and mountains are stunning. The host (Bernd) is a lovely man - attentive, but unobtrusive. We would thoroughly recommend Bernd’s place to stay and Montelparo as location. Some details: 1. The location: Montelparo is a beautiful little old village. There’s not much there. "Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"
