"The stay was great! The room was nice, big and clean. Didnt notice at first but the curtain has a rip in it, there werent any trash bags in the trash cans and the shower didnt have a shower curtain. Those were the only issues we had. "

"We like to get together for Fathers Day. Cabin was clean and very roomy. Was the perfect get away for us and the kids spent the whole time in the water and kayaks and boats that were supplied by the owners."

"Historic home in a part of St Joseph I think that is called Museum Hill. James has done a great job of restoring the home it is a nice and comfortable place to stay. "

"The old pictures on the website were a little distasteful, but the reality was completely refreshing. Newly renovated and nicely decorated. We would recommend this place. "

"Easy, quick check-in and friendly staff (the owner actually)! Amazingly clean room and bathroom with very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again for future visits."

"Very nice place to stay and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like is, breakfast was suppose to be until 9am and I went down at 8:40 and there was nothing left except potatoes and they said they stop putting stuff out at 8:30."

"This is a great old house. We had the Benjamin room and will definitely stay here the next time we're in town. It would be a great house to rent for a family reunion and have everyone stay at the same property. "
