"Most of the staff were very nice and the condition of the property would have been excellent, if not for the nasty stained towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained."

"There was no refrigerator in the room There was no hair dryer in the room The staff was less than friendly/helpful There was no shampoo or body gel in the dispenser. Didn't realize that until I was in the shower There was no hot water for tea at breakfast. Actually that dispenser was EMPTY. "

"My dog Gator and I had a very nice timeThe hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The cabin is very cozy… Only recommendation I would have is to have instructions inside the cabin on how to utilize things like the fireplace, where to take the garbage, etc.Otherwise, it was great! "

"Nice private clean cabin that is pet friendly. The host was very nice, we had a problem with the hot tub and showed up first thing the next morning to take care of it. Close to Cooks forest if you like hiking. Brookville was a nice place to visit, nice historic town with some good shops. "

"Place is way outdated. Rooms smell. Paint all chipping off, some of the carpet is wripped up. Staff veey hard to understand. Lights didn't work"
