"It was so clean and amazing place to stay"

"My experience at Harborside Hotel was honestly very disappointing. This place is marketed as a hotel, but in reality it felt much closer to a motel. The biggest issue was noise — we could clearly hear people in the room next door having sex throughout the night, as if they were inside our room. The walls are extremely thin, and it made it impossible to rest. On top of that, the way issues were handled felt very unprofessional and borderline sketchy. When we tried to cancel the second night due to the situation, the hotel told us to contact Expedia. Expedia then said the decision was up to the hotel since payment was handled on-site. This led to a frustrating back-and-forth with no clear accountability. After pushing, they eventually refunded the second night, but only after unnecessary stress and delays. They also refused to refund the pet fee for that second night, which didn’t feel fair given that we didn’t stay. Overall, between the noise, poor experience, and lack of proper customer service, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it."

"After a long day, I arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I was given a room that I didn’t book, with no prior warning or explanation. When I got upstairs, I was honestly very surprised to see it wasn’t what I had reserved. I went back down to the lobby, and the only response I received was that they didn’t have the room I originally booked. No proper communication or effort to resolve the issue ahead of time, which made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I expected better organization and transparency, especially after a long day of travel."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience! "
