Jocelyn was awesome during the check-in. Very knowledgeable and helpful and great customer service. The facilities were okay. Clean room, a/c that works, but lumpy pillows and the pool is under renovation. Overall a good experience.

The room was neat and clean. Great refrigerator and a nice cooktop but bring your own pans and dishes. If you don't you'll have to buy them on sight.
The location was freeway close but a little far from the area I was going to.
All in all a nice secure location and quite clean rooms.

Everything was great about the place and workers. My only complaint is that it is not a walkable location. It is right next to the highway and there are no sidewalks to walk safely around. Plan to drive/uber everywhere!

PS: some hotels you have to wait on an elevator, here every time we needed to take it, I would press the button and ding it was there.
