"The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. As of July 1st they no longer airport shuttle, Expedia listed that they did. When I inquired about a shuttle they apologized advising it no longer was offered. However, they didn’t just say I’m sorry, they took action with escalating to upper management and came up with options. Fantastic customer service- they truly cared and wanted to help. I will definitely stay again!!"

"Upon check-in staff did not ask or inform us about registering for the shuttle to the airport. The staff member did mention the shuttle times, starting at 410am, and then hourly. We were unable to take the shuttle because we were not registered for it. Parking at the was an additional cost. The staff member checking us in did not ask if we'd be leaving any vehicles in the lot. The hotel is still somewhat under construction for over a year. The room was great, the staff that checked us...

"All of the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Parking was free and plenty of it. The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down."
