First of all my reservations were made the 7th of October for 24th and 25th October for my son's wedding. I reserved handicap bottom floor for my husband COPD. Can not walk up stairs. The man told me no rooms available on floor ground no king size non smoking. So, he had a double bed smoking on bottom floor so I said ok. So, we went and looked ac did not work and toliet was full of someone else waste 🙃 nasty. I went back to the check in and told him how nasty it was. I told him again I have had reservations since 7th. He's wife came out and i could not understand anything they were taking about. He gave me a king size non smoking handicap room finally. The room was nasty.

At $100 per night less than other properties in the area, the EconoInn was perfectly serviceable. Our double room was a good size. The down sides were the group standing outside our room drinking and no hot water in the morning (though we had it in the evening.)

It was a nice cozy quiet room awesome bed soft as cotton but the toilet and shower both was nasty and there was a leak at my door coming from the air conditioner in room 218 the kitchen had gnats flying all over the food oh and let’s not forget the D**** paraphernalia My girlfriend found in the toilet I wish I could get a refund or another 2 more nights for free but it’s cool I didn’t push the issue

The television wouldn’t work. Some Roku crap that just wouldn’t show any shows. Terrible. The breakfast had all the eggs and sausage gone by 8 am or before. And no staff around to even ask any questions

Property was so bad my family had to leave!! Hotel management told them they would have to contact expedia for refund. Called expedia and of course was a reason a refund could not be given. Trash from start to end.

Dirty and old

The hotel condition is not equal to what we paid for the room. It appeared clean, but 5 minutes after taking a shower the soles of my feet were dirty. The pillows were flat and the mattress was springy and uncomfortable. The towels and washcloths were thin and stained yellow from use. Econolodge is usually consistently an ok stay. This was not.

I would never go back to this hotel. I prepaid for a non Smoking room. When I arrived I was impressed with the condition of the property, but that was it. The front desk told me that I had persevered a smoking room (wrong) he stated that’s all he had. I informed him that I had my service dog with me, he wanted me to pay a pet fee. ( I didn’t) the following morning around 9:30 my husband and I was getting dress and the door opened up . ( it was the housekeeper) my husband yelled “yo” she closed the door and left. Next my husband received a call asking did we have a dog and how we needed to pay. Well I went to the front desk and told them I wasn’t paying nothing. For one your not suppose to be charged for a service pet, 2) I reserved a non smoking room 3) why is your housekeeper coming into someone’s room before 11(especially since we hadn’t turned in the key) I was told that anyone that comes with a pet is automatically put in a smoking room.( check there reviews Im Not the only one )

We were in 108 forest ms. We lifted the direct tv box and roaches fell out. The bathroom had hair all behind the door wall and floor the sheets on the bed was just remade not replaced the worst stay I ever had and I will tell anyone. I can for a special visit to see my mother from Texas and it was the worse stay I should have just booked the holiday inn. I will never make this mistake again. We had to go by blankets and air freshener and disinfectant spray I already paid for the room and I didn’t have xtra to get another hotel so I had to stay here three nights in this.
