"Breakfast for 6 days I was there was sausages and scrambled egg - no variety. Noisy at night I had a ranting screaming woman in a room near me and nearly called the police because it felt like she was targeting a younger person in the room with her. Two nights of that. The hotel staff were great and helpful . It’s close to a shopping center that is mostly restaurants so that’s a positive but consequentially it’s noisy"

"Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Layout and space is good. Hotel is in need of repairs and upgrades. Fitness center needs significant attention. AC in lobby was poor."

"Okay my room was pretty clean except for the shower ceiling which for some reason had what I can describe as pubic hair stuck to it in multiple locations. The major issue I had was that upon checking in I was informed of a "Pet fee" which I know is common at hotels and usually runs about $20-$30 per night. Well, that was not the case at the Hyatt the charge for a single night was $75. No this is not one of the Hyatt's top end hotels and the room itself was $84 per night. So, I could have nearly rented an additional room for my "Pet Fee". The pet fee's should be stated on the Hotels.com website so a traveler can be well informed when selecting a hotel. The breakfast is serial and bagels or toast. Nothing very nutritious."
