"Great location near the Mississippi River, Guthrie Theatre, stadium, & Mill museum, plus Trader Joe's on the ground floor! This is a small apartment, with more space than a hotel room -- double closet, windowless bedroom, & living area with pullman kitchen & breakfast bar. But no work space! No desk or table & no electrical outlets in main area except for the streaming screen (for your phone -- not TV). "I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. My kids were welcomed here, and the family even helped me through an epic flat tire crisis. They have literally everything you need and then some as far as kitchen, bathroom,...
