"Hotel was nice, clean , well kept, but the pool and hot tub were not accessible to me and that is the reason I chose this hotel, we have been there before, they said the maintenance had to charge the battery for lift for pool and spa, after 2 days it still was not done, on day 3, we were told that they would have it in that day, on day 4, they admitted there was a piece they were waiting for for the hot tub and the battery was not working. It was very disappointing as I am in a wheelchair and...

"I always enjoy my stay here. Clean, free parking, and a real breakfast included."

"The room was spacious and that was nice because my wife is in a wheelchair. The walk in shower had no lip so the bathroom floor got very wet. There were no plates or silverware in the room. We were told by another guest that if we wanted these items, we needed to call the front desk and ask for them. Perhaps a flyer in the room to indicate this with a list of things that are available would be very helpful. Thank you."

"We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Hillsboro. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were helpful and polite. The evening reception and breakfast are nice extras. We would definitely stay there again when in the area."
