"Clean and comfortable, but the hotel has a very corporate feel to it. Im exaggerating but in ways it was like sleeping in an office building. "

Since it was through a travel app, he offered ways that I could resolve it. He came by to ask if I wanted a glass of water as I worked through it. Above and beyond while working with other customers that had arrived."
