Bella Ischia..

Buona accoglienza,atmosfera familiare,la camera decisamente piccola ,pulita con un grande terrazzo panoramico,bagno piccolo , pulito ma con doccia senza cabina o tenda,colazione abbondante e staff molto disponibile con gli ospiti.Mi hanno dato anche un voucher/sconto per il Negombo .Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità .Molto belli gli spazi esterni,piscine,solarium e giardino.

Locatie hotel is goed.

Alles op loopafstand, centrum, bus en strand. Het hotel is in verouderde staat. Kamers zijn proper maar alles is verouderd. Badkamer is absoluut aan vernieuwing toe. Groot balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt alleen met zoetigheid. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Premessa: se si cercano tariffe economiche,non ci si può aspettare l'Hilton,ma a tutto c'è un limite! Io e la mia compagna ci rechiamo a Ischia da anni,e alloggiamo al Sorriso,ma poiché questa volta eravamo andati per scegliere le location per il nostro matrimonio,abbiamo prenotato in vari alberghi,tutti con prezzi tra 50-60€ a notte, trascorrendo 1/2 notti in ognuno,per valutarli per i nostri ospiti.Dopo aver trascorso le notti precedenti in altre due strutture,semplici ma pulite e decorose,al Colella ci viene data una camera indecorosa:pareti rivestite di "perline" in legno per coprire,evidentemente la muffa, a parte il fatto che erano ammuffite anche le perline...mobilio da scarto di mercatino dell'usato,bagno peggio di un tugurio,per non parlare di porte e finestre.Scendiamo nella hall,spiegando perchè eravamo lì,e chiediamo di visitare la struttura per vedere le varie tipologie di camere: sorpresina,la proprietaria ci dice che quelle erano tra le camere più belle!Ci dice anche che non esisteva l'idea di fermare camere per la notte del ricevimento (benché le avessimo detto che molti ospiti si sarebbero fermati più giorni),che nessuno avrebbe fatto una cosa del genere (almeno 4 hotel ci hanno fermato le camere),ed ha anche avuto la faccia tosta,dopo tutto ciò,di proporci di fare il ricevimento nella sua struttura!!!Nonostante avessimo già pagato la camera ,non ci è rimasto altro da fare che,con una scusa,allontanarci e cercare un altro albergo. Esperienza da non ripetere

Nel suo insieme il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Colazione molto povera. Per il resto soggiorno gradevole, soprattutto bella piscina termale coperta.
