Had a great stay here! Very welcoming! Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. Hotel was very clean. They made our bed and gave us new towels every day. Walking distance to forio and Poseidon park which made it great. Their breakfast was really good as well! Thank you!

All I can say is that the hotel has the BEST owner who treated my family like family. He is the best and even my children said he is the nicest person they have ever met. We know have a friend for life and I truly recommend this hotel to all!

A lovely welcome from staff and in particular the reception staff were extremely helpful with all our enquiries. Our stay was 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit different places in the area. The bus shuttle service into Forio was welcome and we were happy to do the 20 minute walk back after supper out in Forio. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea views from both our room and the main hotel areas.

Hotel Terme Providence is a beautiful family owned hotel. The property is in impeccable condition and the owners Maria and Gian Paulo are kind and helpful. The pool and spa facilities are wonderful and the front desk recommended great beach and boat excursions while we were here. The food at the Hotel is also delicious and prepared with fresh, local ingredients. We have someone in our family with a food allergy and they were highly accommodative. We definitely recommend Hotel Terme Providence.

I booked this hotel for a short stay in order to visit the Poseidon terme that ischia is popular for. The hotel is very cute and in a great location in proximity to the terme. It’s not very close to the centre and services are limited but the staff was quite friendly. The check in time is noted for 12 noon but we arrived around 1145 and was not able to get into a room until almost 3 pm. The room was very clean and efficient but very hot as our air conditioner was not working. Staff encouraged us to wait it out that the heat was not so bad and we were advised that they would call a maintenance person to come and look at it. We were able to have a couple of cocktails at the hotel bar and left the hotel for several hours and returned late in the evening And the room was still very hot. After much back-and-forth, we were able to switch to a new room, but the shower in the new room did not have hot water. All in all I would book the hotel again only as a last resort or for convenience, not for service or an upgraded stay of sort.

Rigtig fint familie drevet hotel, med en god service. Det værelse vi havde var meget lydt. Beliggenheden er god hvis man ønsker fred og ro, typisk Italiensk med spisning om aftenen, som skulle bookes på forhånd. Vi prøvede det en enkelt gang, men valgte efterfølgende hver aften at gå ned i byen og spise (20 min. gang). Morgenmaden er fin.

Fantastiskt hotell, mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal, smakfullt, rent. Fint poolområde och sagolik utsikt! Stor frukostbuffé. Tillgängligt även med rullstol vilket uppskattades mycket. Trapphiss till poolområdet. Verkligheten överträffade bilderna och högt ställda förväntningar! Aktiviteter som middag, livemusik, vattengympa, yoga mm. Rekommenderas varmt!
