A beautiful setting and great spa facilities, private beach and lovely outdoor and indoor pools. Walking distance to Forio and good local bus service The food was very much geared to tourists rather that local flavours and we struggled as we were always given the menu in German. With hindsight we would not have booked half board as there were several lovely local restaurants nearby and a supermarket just over the road

Property was nice, a bit spread out but that’s ok. We stayed in the block of rooms across the road from the main hotel. The check in was easy, they ordered scooters for us and they were delivered to the hotel. The bar was nice and had nice staff. Live music every night, and the spa in the hotel. The thermal pools are nice but a bit smelly due to the sulphur. The beach was great, but didn’t offer services so you had to go get your own drinks at the bar. Was in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast was ok, lots of sweet breads and rolls, would be nice if there were more options for fresh fruit. Enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights, would come back again

Great semi-lux hotel in Ischia

Upon our arrive we were checked in and our Passports taken for 4 hours. Nit sure what this is about as all other hotels just di IS check there and then. This was my only real issue with the hotel. Its set amongst the most beautiful gardens, on the waterfront. The area is quiet and we always felt safe, even when walking back from city centre at 1am. Forio centre is approx 20mins walk, an easy to get to and worth visiting. The staff at reception were ok, but the staff at breakfast were amazing, chatty and gave us great advice (we do speak italian so that helps) Our room was perfect, in the new building, top floor, overlooking the sea. Best room. It was spacious with good sized balcony, nice large bathroom and shower. Room was cleaned daily, with no complaints from us. The beach, although small was great, and included in hotel price (someone commented on here they got charged???) Breakfast was ordinary mostly cakes, but this is what italians eat, so it was fine. Air-conditioning was good, but definitely not controlled by us temp as we turned it down but no change in room temp, but at least it was cooler than outside. I would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some enjoyable aspects, several issues negatively impacted my overall experience. Pros: Beautiful Landscape: The hotel is situated in a stunning location with great views. Private Beach: The small private beach is a nice touch, offering a more peaceful and exclusive experience away from crowded public areas. Cons: Poor Room Cleaning: Unfortunately, the room cleaning services were awful. The lack of attention to cleanliness left much to be desired. Pool Areas: Both the indoor and outdoor pools had uncovered holes. There were also no lifeguards present. Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were not proactive or attentive. We had to frequently search for them to request simple tasks like opening an umbrella. There was no initiative from their side to assist guests. Beach Towel Policy: The towel policy was highly inconvenient. You could only replace one towel per day between 08:00-12:00, which made it difficult for guests who wanted fresh towels after using the pool or beach.

L’infrastructure même si vieillissant est bien. Jolie terrasse avec une très belle vue. Il y a 3 piscines et non 7, je n’appelle pas « piscine » les petits bassins à jacuzzi. Les chambres sont correctes. Absence de cafetière ou théière. Nos chambres etaient pres de la route donc reveil ave le bruit des camions poubelles pénibles. Il y a 2 restaurants et vous êtes attribués à l’un ou à l’autre. Pas de liberté pour en changer. Si vous n’êtes pas Italien vous êtes traités sans ménagement ou respect. Personel très désagréable. Pas de notion de service. Les seuls sympas sont le personnel du bar. Prendre seulement le petit dejeuner, le repas du soir est franchement très moyen, ça ne vaut pas la peine. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours et avons finis par manger à l’extérieur les deux derniers soirs. On est obligé de prendre une demi ou une bouteille de vin avec les repas. Pas de possibilité de prendre un verre…Ils ne changent pas les linges de plages (ce qui est dégoûtant) et vous confisquent votre passeport. De façon générale très décevant.

Die Unterkunft war gut , allerdings ein wenig „in die Jahre gekommen“. Die Betten waren sehr kurz und das Bett ein wenig durchgelegen . Das Frühstück war offiziell bis 10.00 Uhr , ab 09.45 wurden jedoch angefangen das Essen wegzuräumen. Generell gab es zu wenig Obstauswahl beim Frühstück (meist Wassermelone ).

This hotel was recommended to us because of the access to the private beach. Ultimately we were disappointed. The check in was lackluster and the gentleman was frankly rude and didn’t explain or inform of us of anything. It would’ve been nice to know a swim cap is mandatory in their swimming areas as this isn’t common practice in the US. The food is really bad; the free breakfast was canned fruits and bland pastries. We felt like we weren’t welcomed here; they were uninterested in us the entire trip and this wasn’t just due to the common language barrier. None of our other hotels made us feel this way during our 2 week vacation in Italy. Outside of a friendly pool boy, we didn’t like much of our experience. The hotel was cost friendly but not worth it. I will say this seems to be a popular place for families and there were several kids around the property. I just wouldn’t choose to ever take my own toddler here.

È un bellissimo albergo su una caletta molto bella, molto curato nei particolari e con una vista sul mare invidiabile, alcune camere hanno un patio attrezzato che permette anche di non scendere in spiaggia, belle piscine e vari posti per prendere il sole. Le terme offrono piscine a varie temperature che risolvono vari problemi alla pelle, ne ho tratto un grande beneficio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Da rivedere secondo me alcuni orari per la colazione e i pasti...... dovrebbero essere più lunghi..... ma capisco anche le esigenze organizzative....Esperienza da ripetere..... mancavo da Ischia da decenni e l’ho ritrovata ancora più bella
