"We enjoyed Kempinski a lot because the staff were helpful and friendly and it was across the street from a swim beach which although it was quite packed, Hotel Kempinski had its own lounge chairs, etc.

The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping.
No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests.
Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it.
