This recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a building (please note there are approximately 40 steps to access it) in a quiet residential complex, each with a private entrance and well-maintained outdoor spaces. A flight of steps leads to the air-conditioned apartment, nestled among fragrant jasmine, roses, and greenery. Ideal for those who want to experience the city with all amenities within walking distance: a supermarket 50 meters away, a bar 70 meters away, the beach 500 meters away, a bus stop 120 meters away, and a train station 1.3 km away, offering hourly trains to Rome and Naples in just over an hour. Logement conforme mais très bruyant. Une terrasse au dessus de la route. Pas de jardin.

Schöne Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben. Sehr Sauber. Günstige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden und auch zu Fuss erreichbar. In Hochsaison könnte es Parkplatzprobleme geben. Leider wird man trotz € 110 Endreinigung dazu genötigt die Betten abzuziehen und seinen "Restmüll" mitzunehemen. Es ist zwar eine Mülltonnen vorhanden, diese wird jedoch nur für die "täglich" bestimmte Müllsorte geleert.
