Hotel decadente. As fotos do site não condizem com a realidade. Limpeza deficiente, em todas as dependências. Móveis sem manutenção. Mobiliário do quarto em estado ruim. Cama, travesseiros sem higienização etc. Funcionários educados e atenciosos, mas boa parte free lance e sem experiência em serviço de hotelaria.

Razoável, o resort precisa ser melhor administrado

Os quartos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis. Optei pelo pacote com meia pensão, que incluia café da manhã e jantar, mas as refeições (exceto o do Reveillon) eram sempre bem fracos, com poucas opções. As opções de pedidos nos bares também eram escassas. Os atendentes em sua maioria eram bem simpáticos, mas foi possível perceber que eles estavam sobrecarregados, uma equipe muito pequena atendendo tanto o bar quanto o restaurante desde 7h da manhã até as 22h, pareciam estar sempre esgotados. O Wi-Fi foi uma das piores coisas do hotel, apesar de ter boa cobertura e bons roteadores, tinha um link que oferecia na prática menos de 1Mbps para dezenas de quartos certamente não era suficiente, ainda mais se algumas operadoras não tem cobertura de 3G/4G na região. A piscina é bem grande e interessante, o espaço Kids é interessante, mas a Fazendinha e as quadras de tênis estavam praticamente abandonadas, essa sem nenhuma manutenção.
