Three-storey house distributed on the ground floor, consisting of a hall and kitchen. First floor with living room, bathroom and utility room. Second floor, it has two double rooms, one of them en suite and another single room.
It has two terraces connected by a staircase, one leading to the living room and the other to the main room.
Great mountain views.

The house is located 10 minutes by car from the center of Sóller and a 2-minute walk from the Plaza de Fornalutx.
Within a 20-minute drive you will also find the beach in the port of Sóller.
