"Was nice to get checked in a little early. Lobby was nice and the check in staff very nice. Room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the shower is old and has very little pressure. Other than that great stay. Close to trains to airports. Very walkable to AA Arena for a game."

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The customer service truly stood out—everyone I encountered was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, and the location made getting around Dallas convenient. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my entire stay.
