Wir haben Nordlichter und viele Tiere gesehen, nur der Elch ließ sich nicht blicken. Vielen Dank auch an den Gastgeber Frank für das herzliche "Willkommen"."

Terrible experience. Terrible service.
"The host cancelled within a few days of travel, with a flimsy excuse of double booking through an alternative platform. Given the timescales involved none of this rings true and I’m furious that I had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and extra cost. Customer services were absolutely no help, kept yawning through my call, and made the Booking with confidence guarantee a joke. I will wait for my payment to be refunded but I’m seriously unimpressed. Sending me a chance to review my stay adds insult to injury."
