"This is an older motel situated close to the interstate. The area appeared generally safe and there were a few businesses within walking distance to include a grocery store and gas station. The property has a Mexican restaurant adjacent the front office but it was a holiday weekend and they were closed. Free coffee and DIY waffles from 6am-9am along with few small continental items.

"The hotel could use a facelift on the exterior but the interior of our hotel room surprised us. It was reasonably clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The pet fee was very reasonable and staff was very friendly with check in and out. I think my biggest concern is the stairs to the second floor of the motel. Both myself and my husband slipped on them as they are steep and slippery. All in all a good stay for travel "
