"It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. "

"Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place."

"Easy and welcoming check in. Our room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. We knew in advance that the room was on the smaller side but was nonetheless more than adequate for our needs. The en-suite shower room was a good size with quality soaps and towels provided. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was superb - lots of choice and delicious.
