"My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The check-in process was very easy, and we arrived to a clean and welcoming space. All of the rooms and bathrooms were consistently well-maintained.Although the pool was not open, the beach being right across the street more than made up for it. The area was full of things to do, and it’s conveniently located about 30 minutes from Gulf Shores.We enjoyed everything the strip had to offer, and our stay in Perdido was quiet and perfect for our family. We would definitely choose this location again if it’s available!"

" The place was perfect, close to several stores - could actually walk to CVS and Publix if needed. Super dog friendly ( had toys and bed - that my dogs loved more than there own ). We were there for my son's band ( Jackson Hwy ) playing at the florida bama and the drive was only like 10 min which was perfect - a straight drive turn off road onto hwy and no more turns"

"We really enjoyed staying here! Such a cute place. Further away from all the buzz, but easy to get to as well. Some minor upgrades could stand to be done & the exterior could stand to be power washed out back, but I realize it's not a primary residence. I would like to see the exterior door handles replaced, kind of sketchy trying to lock those but we got it done. I almost didn't book this because of no recent reviews so I hope you all give it a go after seeing this. We would definitely stay here again."

"This place is a gem! It’s a perfect place for large family gatherings, and the location is ideal. I loved sipping my coffee on the screened in porch every morning. The dining room, kitchen, porch, and ground-level areas accommodate 10 people comfortably. I also loved the old time charm and cool Knick knacks. Two things to keep in mind - if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues or you have more than 4 vehicles, this location is probably not a good fit. There are a lot of stairs and parking is limited. Lastly, we did have some issues with cleanliness and the host was very responsive and apologetic, and addressed our concerns appropriately. I would definitely stay again! "

"This property and its location were perfect for our needs! Everything was clean - kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Our spring break weather was cold, and it was great to have the fire table in the backyard so we could sit outside. We loved having the park right across the street - played pickleball each night! Grocery store and beach were within minutes, and the Naval museum was just a short drive away. My sons played golf at the Perdido Bay Golf Club that was also a short drive - around the corner. All of us loved our stay, and if we come back to this area, we will definitely rent this property again. Thank you, Patty!"
