We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic hotel. Dinner at the Grille was incredible and the staff was great. It’s a step back in time in a slow paced town.

We had a wonderful dinner on the patio of the hotel restaurant overlooking the Missouri River and enjoyed our morning coffee there as well. The room and bed were both very comfortable. We also loved the historical nature of the property.

Have stayed at the hotel several times over the years. Absolutely stunning setting and a real experience. Unfortunately on this occasion, the central air conditioning was not working so a very noisy portable AC unit was in use. Nevertheless, a really nice experience overall

The Grand Union is a gem. An iconic piece of Montana history, the renovated Grand Union combines historic charm with modern amenities and exceptional dining. Its setting on the banks of the Mighty Mo is both spectacular and soothing.

There is so much history here, a great walking trail along the Missouri River and the fall colors were really showing off. The restaurant was amazing. We had a suite that looked out on the river, absolutely gorgeous.
