This older hotel has been beautifully renovated, our room had everything we needed and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we were close to everything. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. There is plenty of parking and the breakfast has decent options. This place is a great value when visiting Fort Bragg. We especially loved how it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do while in town. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. We could park our car right outside our room. Very handy for packing and unpacking the car. The hotel is older but the rooms were clean with modern updates. We were visiting the area for the first time and the staff was very helpful in guiding us to places that made our vacation memorable.

As soon as you drive onto the Surf Hotel and Gardens property..One instantly feels very welcomed..From the moment you check in..with all the beautiful trees and Gardens right across the street from the ocean..to walking into your room which is veey cozy..I just love this place!

Good location. Adequate breakfast, nothing special. Staff Ok - no one seemed happy. Would have been nice to have a blanket and extra pillow (3 pillows provided for 2 people); no blanket. Single sheet and thin coverlet.
