"I picked this hotel, because it advertised FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE, even says so at the airport. I check in Sunday and ask to schedule the airport shuttle for 5am Tuesday morning. I was told the shuttle does not start until 8am. I said I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, what do you suggest I do. Her suggestion were: I can cancel your reservation, Urber or walk. It is a 20 min walk but at 5am, not a safe option. The Ft Smith Airport has 3 flights in and 3 flights out, same time everyday. I had also called the reservation phone number checked times for the shuttle and was told it would be available. "

"Limited parking. You’ll most likely have to use the parking garage across the street which isn’t a huge inconvenience since they have a drop off area for you to unload. We booked the executive room and the room was extremely humid. We thought it would eventually clear out but it was for the full stay. You could see mold along the wall/ceiling in the shower. During our check in another occupant asked if it was normal for her room not to go below 74 degrees. There was only 1 working elevator due to children playing with the buttons so they had an employee stay in the elevator to avoid it from happening again. The employee was super kind but there was no circulation in the elevator and those lights are just beaming down so I felt kind of bad for the guy. The rooms didn’t have microwaves or mini fridges either so you’ll have to go to the lobby if you need a microwave. The staff was kind but the property really needs to be upgraded and renovated. Unfortunately, we won’t book another stay."

"We loved the spacious King suite room. So clean and comfy. The bed and sheets were amazing. We also appreciated the in room Kerug machine with a variety of coffee and teas to choose from. Staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. We stayed two nights and really loved all the choices for breakfast. My fiancé loved the coffee machines in lobby where you brew you own from fresh beans. Outstanding. Will stay again when we visit next. "

"The staff did not respond quickly but was nice. The first room smelled of cigarett smoke and the bath tub was dirty. Thay gave us another room but the carpet was stained, cabnet drawer was off and in the drawer and bathroom door on the inside of bathroom was kicked in enough a small child could have put a finger in it. There was a smell of substance abuse smoke, but I can not prove that because we stayed in the room."
