Hand lotion and hair conditioner bottles out of product, discovered in the morning, too late for refills. TV access is more aggravating than not having a tv- unable to connect w wi fi, only stayed one night so read a book rather than waste more than the 30 minutes I did trying to connect

For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. The first room the smoke detectors kept going off, had the room switched. The next room the Tv wasn’t working because of the snowstorm weather. Also, one of the elevators didn’t work.
